Catherine Hernandez's novel Scarborough
has been shortlisted for the Forest of Reading Evergreen Award by the Ontario Library Association. The Evergreen Award reading program is comprised of the best titles in Canadian fiction and non-fiction for adults of any age.
It's the latest accolade for Catherine's book, which was shortlisted for the City of Toronto Book Award, longlisted for CBC's Canada Reads, and won the Asian Canadian Writers' Workshop's Emerging Writer Award. It was also named one of 2017's Best Books of the Year by The Globe and Mail, The National Post
